Terms of Service

The deal, for the companies that hire through MitHub and for the people who learn and apply. Two different deals, written out separately.

Effective October 20, 2026
mithub.club
In short

MitHub teaches, evaluates and introduces. Companies pay a fee when they hire someone we introduced. Candidates learn for free and never pay a fee to get a job. MitHub is not the employer, does not guarantee a hire or a job, and both sides can walk away.

This agreement

These terms are between you and MitHub LLC ("MitHub", "we"). Using mithub.club, sending us a form, applying, opening a profile or asking us for talent means you accept them. If you are doing it for a company, you are saying you have the authority to accept them for that company.

The Privacy Policy, the SMS Terms, the SMS Privacy notice, the Calling and AI Disclosure and the Cookie Notice are part of these terms. A separate signed agreement with a company overrides anything here that contradicts it.

You must be 18 or older.

What MitHub does, and what it does not

  • Does. Publishes free educational content and faculties. Evaluates people on real work. Publishes public profiles of talent. Introduces talent to companies. Coordinates interviews and follow-up. Where separately contracted, builds and operates revenue and automation systems.
  • Does not. MitHub is not the employer of the talent it introduces, and is not a party to the employment or contracting agreement you sign with each other. MitHub is not an employer of record, a payroll provider or an immigration adviser, unless a signed agreement says otherwise. MitHub does not give legal, tax, immigration or financial advice.

If you are a company

  • Tell us honestly what the role is and what it pays. We route on what you tell us, and a search built on a wrong brief wastes your time first.
  • What we send you about a candidate is for evaluating that candidate for your role. Do not forward it elsewhere, publish it, or feed it into a product of yours.
  • The hiring decision is yours. Check references, right to work, and anything your industry or your regulator requires. MitHub verifies the work a person documented, not their legal eligibility to work for you.
  • Do not discriminate. Do not ask us to filter candidates on race, colour, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information or any other protected characteristic. We will refuse and we will end the engagement.
  • If you hire, or engage as a contractor, someone MitHub introduced to you, the fee in your agreement with us is due. Hiring them through a different door within twelve months of the introduction still counts as an introduction we made.

If you are a candidate

  • You never pay MitHub to get a job. Not a placement fee, not a percentage, not a deposit. If anyone asks you for money to be introduced to a company, it is not us: tell us at contacto@mithub.club.
  • The foundation content is free. Some programs and memberships are paid, and those are always optional and priced up front.
  • Everything you tell us has to be true. The work you claim, the tools you say you operate, your languages. Our whole offer to companies is that the work was checked. Inventing something gets your profile taken down and ends the relationship.
  • You decide what goes public. A profile opens only when you send it and ask us to, and you can ask us to take it down at any time.
  • You are free to look for work anywhere else, at the same time, without telling us. We are not exclusive and we do not ask to be.
  • If a company hires you, your agreement is with them. Read it. MitHub is not your employer and does not pay you.

Your public profile

  • You keep ownership of everything you send us. By asking us to open a profile, you give MitHub permission to display that material on mithub.club and to show it to companies, for as long as the profile is up.
  • That permission ends when the profile comes down. Introductions we already made, and copies a company already holds, are outside our control.
  • Profiles carry professional information only. We do not publish your phone, your email or your address, and a CV you upload must not contain them either.
  • We can decline to publish a profile, or take one down, if the work cannot be verified or the content breaks these terms.

Using the site

  • Do not scrape it, copy the profiles in bulk, or build a competing database out of them.
  • Do not impersonate anyone, or send us someone else's information as if it were yours.
  • Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the site.
  • Do not use MitHub to send anyone unlawful, harassing or deceptive messages.

Our content

The courses, articles, frameworks, case studies, design and code on mithub.club belong to MitHub. You can read them, use what you learn in your own work, and quote them with a link back. You cannot republish them as your own or sell them.

Published case studies name real work. We publish one only when the company paid, the work was delivered and audited, and the client agreed to publish it. Other companies and tools mentioned on the site are named for accuracy, and naming them is not an endorsement either way.

What we do not promise

MitHub does not guarantee that a candidate will get a job, that a company will find the right person, or that any particular business result will follow. We guarantee the work we do: the training, the verification, the introduction and the operation we contracted for. Numbers in our case studies are what happened for those clients, not a forecast for you.

Other people's services

The site links to and loads things from other companies: YouTube, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, the tools we name. Their terms and privacy policies are theirs, not ours, and we do not control what they do.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and the free content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise the site is always available or free of errors.

To the fullest extent the law allows, MitHub is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits. Where MitHub is found liable, its total liability is limited to the amount you paid MitHub in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You cover MitHub for claims that come from your own breach of these terms, from information you gave us that was not true or not yours to give, or from what you do with a candidate or a company after we introduce you.

Ending it

You can stop using MitHub at any time and ask us to take your profile down and delete your information. We can close an account or take a profile down if these terms are broken. Obligations that by their nature survive, such as fees already due, confidentiality and the limits above, survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Florida, and both sides agree to that venue. If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights your own country gives you that cannot be waived.

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

Changes

We update these terms from time to time and the effective date at the top changes with them. If a change is material we put a dated note on this page. Carrying on using MitHub after that means you accept the new version.
